• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, shared bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, shared bathroom/WC.

The living room features a seating area, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, wireless internet, and a dining table with chairs. The lower floor houses a billiards table, mini bar, shared bathroom/WC, and the indoor pool. The modern American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, built-in oven, kettle, four-burner stove, dishwasher, and all kitchen utensils.

General Terms

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM / Check-out time: 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available.
• Deposit: 10,000 TL (cash), refunded after the villa is inspected upon check-out.
• Minimum Stay: Minimum 5 nights; shorter stays are subject to an additional fee of 6,000 TL/day.
• Cleaning: Free of charge once a week; additional cleaning is subject to a fee.
• Environmental Note: As this is a natural area, you may encounter butterflies, insects, etc.; it is recommended to bring insect repellent.
