Located just 2.5 km from Ölüdeniz Beach and 6 km from Fethiye town center, the villa is within walking distance of entertainment venues, restaurants, and shops.

Set on a very spacious garden, Defne Villa 1 features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, a TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, kitchen utensils, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a refrigerator, and a baby crib. Designed with families in mind, a high chair is also available.

• Heated Indoor Pool: Heated indoor pool measuring 4.5m x 2.5m x 1.5m (heating cost: 2,000 TL per day)
• Children's Pool: A separate pool for children
• Sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor seating area are provided by the pool
• Enjoy BBQ evenings in the garden and use the private parking area

Pool and garden maintenance are carried out daily, and energy costs are included in the price. While the villa is situated in a natural setting and is regularly treated for pests, please note that butterflies, insects, or flies may still be present in the surrounding area.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available.
• Security Deposit: A cash deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after an inspection conducted 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss in the villa.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 4 nights is required. Requests for shorter stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 5,000 TL.
• Cleaning: The initial cleaning is free of charge. Cleaning is performed once a week. Additional cleaning requests are subject to a fee.
• Included Services: Water, electricity, gas (tüp), initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation, extra beds, on-site staff, and high chairs are subject to an additional charge.
