Designed for families, honeymooners, and conservative travelers seeking a quiet, comfortable holiday surrounded by nature and views of the Aegean Sea, this villa offers a premium stay experience with its private pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam.

Villa Layout & Capacity

This three-storey villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 7 guests. Six guests can sleep in standard beds, while the single beds on the lower ground floor allow for a maximum of 7. Children aged 6 and above are included in the occupancy count. The layout is as follows:

• Ground floor: Sea-view living room, open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 WC.
• Upper floor: 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private jacuzzi.
• Lower ground floor: 1 bedroom, kitchen, 1 bathroom/WC (with its own garden entrance).

The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay:

• Private pool: 70 m², 1.40 m deep; includes a children’s jacuzzi pool and sheltered area.
• Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam (on the property).

General Terms

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: 300.00 TRY (in case of damage).
• Short-stay fee: 200.00 TRY (for reservations under 5 nights).
• Minimum stay: 5 nights.
• Extra guest fee: 4,000 TRY per person after the 4th guest.
• Discounts: 5% for bed-and-breakfast stays, 10% for half-board stays, 10% for honeymoon couples.
• Linen and towel change: Every 3 days.
• Tourism license: 2022-48-0982.
