Villa Details & Comfort

The interior features an open-plan American kitchen and a spacious living area. The living room includes a seating group, dining table, TV, and air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave, 4-burner stove, pots, pans, glasses, electric kettle, dinnerware, and cutlery set.

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, nightstands, vanity table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, and private bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstands, vanity table, wardrobe, and private bathroom with toilet.

Pool & Garden

The private pool measures 9 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.50 m, while the children’s pool is 4 m x 2 m with a depth of 0.35 m. Enjoy barbecue sessions in the spacious garden or relax in the jacuzzi. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily. Please note that due to the natural setting, butterflies, insects, or flies may be present in the vicinity.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 16:00, check-out at 10:00.
• Deposit: 3,000.00 TL (refunded at check-out).
• Short Stay Fee: 2,000.00 TL (applicable for stays shorter than 5 nights).
• Minimum Stay: At least 5 nights.
• Included Services: Electricity, water, LPG gas usage; initial cleaning; pool and garden maintenance.
• Additional Services (fee-based): Extra cleaning, extra bed, staff service, high chair, transportation service.
• Children & Infants: Baby crib and high chair available (additional fee applies).
• Privacy: 100% seclusion is not guaranteed; a 5% tolerance applies.
