Included: Gas, water, electricity, initial cleaning, and daily pool and garden maintenance. For stays longer than 10 days, intermediate cleaning and linen changes are also provided.

Excluded: Transportation, high chair, staff services, extra beds, and additional cleaning.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.
• Security Deposit: 500.00 TL (in case of damage).
• Short Stay Fee: 300.00 TL.
• Tourism License: 48-6057.
• Environment & Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily. As the villa is in a natural setting, you may encounter butterflies, insects, etc. Complete privacy is not guaranteed; there is a 5% margin for visibility.
