The villa features 4 bedrooms, each equipped with its own private bathroom, air conditioning, a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The open-plan living room and kitchen are furnished with modern décor; the living room includes air conditioning, a television, a seating area, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, stove, toaster, and essential cooking utensils. Sliding doors from the living room open directly onto the private pool and terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Its prime location offers easy access to Ölüdeniz and Belcekız Beach, the Babadağ Cable Car, the Butterfly Valley, and the ancient city of Kayaköy, making it a perfect base for exploring the area's highlights.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
• Security Deposit: A damage deposit of 7,000 TL is required; it will be refunded if no damage is incurred during your stay.
• Cancellation Policy: In case of guest-initiated cancellations, the deposit paid for the reservation is non-refundable.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. An additional fee of 6,000 TL applies for shorter stays.
• Included Services: Water, electricity, and gas (tüp) usage, initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation, staff services, extra beds, and additional cleaning are subject to a fee and must be requested before booking.
