DK Villa – A Private Villa with Infinity Pool and Jacuzzi in Kaş

Built in 2022 in the popular İslamlar area of Kaş, DK Villa offers a fully enclosed layout with a private infinity pool, designed especially for conservative families and honeymoon couples. With its vibrant interior, lush green garden, and panoramic sea views, it provides a peaceful escape for those looking to unwind. All rooms are air-conditioned, face the pool, and open directly onto it.

Living Room and Kitchen

The spacious living room, modern kitchen, and dining area together measure 6.5 meters by 5.5 meters. The living room features ample seating, a 107-inch Smart LED TV, and a sound system. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, range hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and food processor. All necessary cookware and utensils are provided, and the dining table seats six.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Master/Honeymoon): Decorated with a honeymoon theme, this room offers pool views, a king-size bed (200x200 cm), and a private jacuzzi for two. The en-suite bathroom is inside the room. Room size: 10 m².
• Bedroom 2: Features two twin beds (100x200 cm each) that can be combined. Room size: 10 m².

Pool and Garden

The private pool measures 9 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 1.50 meters in depth. A separate children's pool (9 m x 2.5 m, 0.40 m deep) is also available. The pool terrace is equipped with 4 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas, a swing, foosball table, trampoline, table tennis, backgammon, playing cards, an okey set, a dining table for six, a barbecue, 5 floor cushions, and an outdoor shower.

Amenities and Services

• Amenities: Wi-Fi, jacuzzi, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, baby crib, high chair, towels, and bed linen.
• Included Services: Pool and garden maintenance, electricity, gas and water usage, and initial cleaning.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, transportation, extra bed, extra high chair, and on-site staff.

General Conditions

• Check-in – Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available.
• Security Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is required at check-in and refunded at check-out if no damage is found.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. Shorter stays incur an additional fee of 4,000 TL.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Initial cleaning is free of charge. Additional cleaning is subject to a fee. Pool and garden maintenance are performed daily.
• Children and Pets: Child-friendly. Pets are not allowed.
• Privacy: Although the property is fully enclosed, 100% visual privacy cannot be guaranteed; a 5% margin should be considered.
