• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A cash damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected at check-in and refunded at check-out if no damage occurs.
• Short Stays: Minimum stay is 5 nights. For stays shorter than 5 nights, a short-stay fee of 4,000 TL applies.
• Included Services: Water, electricity, gas, initial cleaning, and pool/garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation, extra beds, additional cleaning, staff services, and high chairs are not included.
• Tourism License: The property holds tourism operation license number 48-8622.
