General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Damage Deposit: A cash deposit of 15,000 TL is collected at check-in; refunded at check-out if there is no damage.
• Cleaning: No additional cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights or more. For reservations under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 8,500 TL is charged.
• Short Stays: Minimum stay of 5 nights is required. An additional fee of 250 TL/night applies for shorter stays.
• External Services: Transportation service, high chair, staff for the house, extra bed, and additional cleaning are not included in the fee.
• Note: The area is regularly treated with pesticides, but natural wildlife (butterflies, insects, bees) may be present. The last 400-500 meters of the road to the villa is an unpaved road.
