Dünya Villa 2 is an ideal holiday home for large families and groups of friends, located in one of Fethiye's most prestigious projects. Completed in 2023, this modern villa is situated in a quiet complex of 35 blocks on a 19,270 m² plot. Within walking distance to the sea, the villa is only 300 meters from Karataş and Akmaz beaches. It is 5 km to Fethiye city center and approximately 35 minutes from Dalaman Airport. Five-star hotels, supermarkets, cafes, and public transport stops in the area are also very close to the villa.

Villa Features and Comfort

Dünya Villa 2 offers a spacious living area with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a total sleeping capacity of 8 guests. The modern American kitchen on the ground floor is equipped with all essential appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, and electric kettle. The living room overlooks the pool and nature and provides a comfortable relaxation area with a seating group, 4K Ultra HD satellite TV, an 8-person dining table, and air conditioning. All bedrooms feature a suite design; each has air conditioning, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom. The two bedrooms on the upper floor have balconies overlooking the pool and nature.

Private Pool and Garden

The villa's private pool measures 9 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 1.5 meters in depth. Around the pool, there are 4 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas, and a seating area for sunbathing. The garden includes an 8-person table and chairs, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The villa also has its own private parking space.

General Terms

• Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A deposit of 10,000 TL is required; it will be refunded if no damage is found during the check-out inspection.
• Short Stays: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
• Short Stay Fee: An additional fee of 7,500 TL applies.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, gas (tüp) usage, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Extra cleaning, extra beds, staff services, high chairs, and transportation services are not included in the price.
• Natural Environment: As the villa is set in nature, you may encounter butterflies, insects, flies, bees, and other creatures despite regular pest control.
• Visual Notice: Shared images may be used for villas in the same series; furniture colors may vary, but the features and amenities are identical.
