Villa Features & Comfort

All home comforts are provided in your villa. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool (9x5 m, depth 1.43 m), jacuzzi, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV with satellite channels, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, barbecue, and high chair. Towels and bed linen are also provided.

Services & Important Information

• Included services: Pool and garden maintenance, initial cleaning, water, electricity, and LPG gas usage.
• Excluded services: Transportation, house staff, extra bed, and additional cleaning (subject to a fee).
• Check-in/Check-out times: Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: 10,000 TL (refundable upon check-out).
• Short stays: A cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies for stays under 5 nights. Intermediate cleaning fee is 3,000 TL.
• Extra bed: For approved stays exceeding capacity, the extra bed fee is 3,000 TL.
• Pets: Pets are allowed; an additional fee of 3,000 TL applies.
• Children: Suitable for children; a children's playground is available in the complex.
• Complex security: 24-hour security cameras and on-site office service.

General Terms

• The maximum occupancy of 5 guests must not be exceeded; otherwise, owner approval and an additional fee are required.
• Pets must be declared in advance, and the additional fee must be paid.
• The deposit is refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the villa.
• A cleaning fee applies for short stays (fewer than 5 nights).
