Accommodation and Room Layout

Heart Villa offers a private space for every guest with its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, while the VIP room on the upper floor features a jacuzzi with massage and blower functions to melt away all your fatigue. The villa includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 10 people. Additionally, there is a second dining table on the terrace and a bar by the poolside on the lower floor.

Amenities and Services

• Pool: Private pool measuring 12x5 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters; plus a children's pool and an upper pool (8x4 m, 90 cm deep).
• Jacuzzi: Jacuzzi with massage and blower features in the VIP room.
• View: Unique Mediterranean sunset views from the heart-shaped infinity pool.
• Facilities: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV+satellite, washing machine/dishwasher, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils, barbecue, baby crib, and high chair.
• Included Services: Water usage, initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, electricity usage, and gas tube usage.
• Additional Services (for a fee): Airport transfer, staff service, extra bed, and extra cleaning.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A deposit of 10,000 TL is required (paid in cash).
• Short Stays: A cleaning fee of 6,000 TL applies for stays shorter than 5 nights. Mid-stay cleaning costs 4,000 TL.
• Guest Capacity: Maximum 10 guests. An extra bed fee of 3,000 TL applies for approved stays exceeding this capacity.
• Pets: Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 3,000 TL.
• Children & Events: The property is child-friendly and events are permitted.
• Site Rules: The site is monitored by 24-hour security cameras and features a children's playground and an office.
