Included & Excluded Services

During your stay, water, electricity, gas usage, initial cleaning, and pool & garden maintenance are provided free of charge. However, services such as airport transfer, staff, extra beds, and additional cleaning are subject to a fee.

General Terms

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM
• Deposit: 10,000 TL (paid in cash)
• Short Stays: A cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies for stays under 5 nights
• Extra Cleaning: Intermediate cleaning fee is 3,000 TL
• Guest Capacity: The villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests; unauthorised extra guests are not permitted. Where approved, an extra bed costs 3,000 TL
• Pets: Allowed for an additional fee of 3,000 TL
• Children: Suitable for children; high chair available
