This exclusive villa sleeps up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, and an additional shared toilet. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third has two twin beds. The villa is also suitable for conservative families, providing a secluded and peaceful stay.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A security deposit of 10,000 TL is required.
• Short Stays: For stays of less than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies. Intermediate cleaning is available for 3,000 TL.
• Extra Services: Additional beds, extra cleaning, staff for the villa, and transportation services are available for an additional fee.
• Children and Pets: The villa is child-friendly and pets are welcome. An additional fee of 3,000 TL applies for pets.
• Occupancy: Overnight stays exceeding the villa's maximum capacity are not permitted. An approved extra bed incurs an additional fee of 3,000 TL.
• Included Services: Water, electricity, gas, initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
