General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: 7,000 TL (cash or card hold).
• Short Stays: For stays under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 3,500 TL applies. Mid-stay cleaning costs 2,500 TL.
• Extra Bed: For approved stays exceeding capacity, an extra bed fee of 3,000 TL applies.
• Pets: Pets are welcome; additional fee is 3,000 TL.
• Children: Suitable for children; high chair available.
• Rules: No more than the villa's capacity is allowed; the site is monitored by 24/7 security cameras. Our office also operates within the site.
