The spacious living room offers a seating area, TV, and satellite receiver, with direct access to the pool terrace.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available.
• Security Deposit: A deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon check-in; it is fully refunded at check-out provided there is no damage or loss.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. An additional cleaning fee may apply for shorter requests.
• Additional Fees: Extra cleaning, extra beds, transfer services, and requests for in-villa staff are subject to additional charges.
• Natural Environment: As the villa is nestled in nature, insects may be present; regular pest control is carried out.
