Please note that the pool is closed until March 31st. Garden and pool maintenance are carried out regularly, and common areas are cleaned daily. Additionally, periodic pest control is applied; minor issues may occur due to natural conditions.

General Conditions

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM, check-out time: 10:00 AM
• A cash deposit is required upon check-in; it is refunded at check-out depending on any damage. The deposit amount is 4,000 TL.
• An additional fee applies for short stays (less than 5 nights).
• Electricity, water, gas, initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Extra cleaning, extra bed, staff for the house, high chair (for a fee), and transfer service are not included.
• There is no children's pool; the pool is not heated.
• As the villa is nestled in nature, you may encounter small insects from the natural environment.
