The villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, designed with your comfort in mind.

• Bedroom 1 (Suite): Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, and private bathroom & WC.
• Bedroom 2 (Suite): Double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, and private bathroom & WC.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, and private bathroom & WC.

Living Areas & Amenities

The villa's living room features an open-plan kitchen concept, a modern seating area, a dining table for 6, TV, satellite broadcast, and wireless internet (Wi-Fi). The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, electric kettle, and all kitchen essentials such as pots and pans. Outside in the garden, you'll find a private swimming pool measuring 6x3 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters, a sun terrace with 6 sun loungers, a seating group, a dining table for 6, and a designated area for barbecue enjoyment.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Child Policy: The villa is suitable for families with children. A high chair is available.
• Pets: Pets are not accepted.
• Deposit: A deposit of 10,000.00 TL is required.
• Short Stays: An additional fee (5,000.00 TL) applies for stays shorter than 7 nights.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, gas (tüp) usage, and pool & garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, transportation services, house staff, and extra beds are not included in the price.
