Accommodation and Room Details

Each room in the villa is designed with comfort in mind. The first bedroom includes a double bed, air conditioning, nightstands, and a dressing table, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The bathroom and toilet are private in the first room and shared in the second. The open-plan kitchen and living area feature a seating group, TV, dining table, and essential kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, and microwave) for guests' use.

Private Pool and Garden

The villa's most notable feature is its private swimming pool (6x3 m, 1.6 m deep), which is fully enclosed and designed to be invisible from the outside. The pool terrace includes sun loungers, an umbrella, a barbecue, a pergola, and a seating area. This ensures privacy for conservative families and honeymoon couples, allowing them to enjoy quality time with a view of nature.

• Deposit: A cash deposit of 5,000 TL is required.
• Short Stays: A minimum stay of 5 nights is mandatory; an additional fee of 4,000 TL applies for shorter stays.
• Children: The villa is suitable for families with children.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, gas cylinder usage, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Additional Services: Extra cleaning, extra beds, staff, and transportation services are subject to an additional fee.
