Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: This room includes a double bed, a baby cot, and a private jacuzzi. Amenities such as air conditioning and a wardrobe are provided for your comfort.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom features two single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, and its own jacuzzi. Both rooms are designed in a modern and functional style.

Kitchen

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, kettle, dishwasher, hob, microwave, large refrigerator, and washing machine. Thoughtfully designed details ensure a comfortable cooking experience for all your needs.

Living Room

The living room boasts a luxurious design, furnished with a comfortable seating area, a dining table for 4, and an LCD TV. It offers an elegant space where guests can relax and spend quality time.

Pool

The villa's pool measures 10m x 3m with a depth of 1.50m, providing an excellent setting for swimming and sunbathing. A separate children's pool, sized 280cm x 270cm with a depth of 0.25cm, is also available.

Garden

The garden area includes a barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating group, dining table, swing, foosball table, and a pergola. These features are designed to make your holiday enjoyable and entertaining.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, located in natural surroundings, are regularly sprayed. Nevertheless, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible in the environment.

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy Status: For villas with sheltered pools, we do not guarantee 100% privacy; a 5% margin is always applicable.
