Outside, the garden offers a private swimming pool, sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a dining table, and a barbecue. The pool measures 8m x 4m with a depth of 1.5 meters.

The pool and garden are maintained daily. Due to the villa's natural surroundings, butterflies, insects, or flies may be present; therefore, periodic pest control is applied. While the villa offers a secluded pool, 100% invisibility cannot be guaranteed, and a 5% margin should always be considered.

• Pool heating is unavailable between May 1st and October 1st; it can be activated upon request for an additional fee.
• Electricity, water, and LPG usage are included in the price.
• Initial cleaning and pool/garden maintenance are included in the price.
