Located in Kayaköy, one of Fethiye's most popular holiday resorts, this villa offers 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests. With its sheltered private pool, it is an ideal choice for guests seeking extra privacy. A peaceful and tranquil setting awaits you for a memorable holiday experience. The property also features a children's pool with a jacuzzi. It can be rented together with the adjacent Villa Kayaköy 2 for larger groups.

Please note that the heated pool feature is disabled between May 1st and October 1st. It can be activated upon request for an additional fee.

Living Area & Kitchen

The spacious living area includes a comfortable seating group, air conditioning, an LCD TV with satellite receiver, wireless internet, and a dining table with chairs. The modern, open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, tea and coffee machines, a washing machine, an oven, a four-burner stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, cutlery, cookware, dinnerware, and more.

Outdoor Area

The private garden features a swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth 1.50m), sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor dining table with chairs, and a barbecue.

General Terms

• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance are carried out daily. As the villa is set in nature, regular pest control is performed; however, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible.
• Privacy: While the pool is sheltered, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. Please note a 5% margin of visibility may apply.
