Kayra Villa features 5 en-suite bedrooms, each with stunning sea and nature views. Two of these bedrooms include private jacuzzis, and all rooms have balconies to enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

• Bedroom 2 (En-suite): Air-conditioned, with 1 king-size double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, vanity table, bathroom/WC and balcony.
• Bedroom 3 (En-suite): Designed with a youthful concept, this air-conditioned room includes 2 comfortable single beds, vanity table, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom/WC and balcony.
• Bedroom 4 (Master Suite): Air-conditioned, with 1 king-size double bed, private jacuzzi, nightstand, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom/WC and balcony.
• Bedroom 5 (En-suite): Air-conditioned, with 2 comfortable single beds, jacuzzi, dressing room, nightstand, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom/WC and balcony.
• Bedroom 6: Features a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning, and a bathroom/WC located in the hallway.

Living Room

The living room offers a relaxing atmosphere and is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, seating area, iron and ironing board, and a sink. Located on the pool level, it provides direct access to the pool terrace. On the upper floor, a spacious lounge and sunbathing terrace is furnished with a seating group, table and chairs.

Kitchen

The modern American-style kitchen includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pots and pans set, 12-person dinner set, cutlery set and glasses.

Garden & Pool

Garden: The villa's garden features a children's pool with jacuzzi, dining table, pergola-seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and umbrellas.

Pool: A 12 x 5 m pool with a depth of 1.60 m, equipped with both jacuzzi and jet stream systems.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, located in nature, are regularly sprayed. Nevertheless, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy Status: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee of not being seen; there is always a 5% margin of exposure.

General Terms

• A cleaning fee of 6,000 TL applies for stays of 7 nights or less.
• Pool heating is optional and can be activated for a daily fee of 2,000 TL.
