General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Children Policy: The villa is suitable for children. A high chair and children's pool are available.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Deposit: A deposit of 5,000.00 TL is required before check-in.
• Short Stays: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. A fee of 4,000.00 TL applies for shorter stays.
• Included Services: Water, electricity, gas usage, initial cleaning, pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Transportation, extra beds, additional cleaning, and housekeeping staff services are not included.
• Important Note: Since the villas are located in natural areas, regular pest control is carried out; however, insects or butterflies may be present in the surroundings. Also, as Kaş is a mountainous region, access to some villas may be via elevated or steep roads.
