Essential amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchenware, towels, and bed linens. You can also enjoy barbecue evenings in the garden, with cleaning equipment such as a vacuum cleaner available for your convenience.

- Short Stays: Reservations shorter than 5 nights are subject to an additional fee of 4,000 TL.
- Pets: Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 5,000 TL (cats are not accepted).
- Children: A children's pool is available; a high chair can be provided upon request.
- Distance: Located a short distance from the nearest beach, Karaot Beach.
