General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A deposit of 10,000 TL is required (refundable upon check-out).
• Short Stays: For stays shorter than 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies. Intermediate cleaning costs 3,000 TL.
• Occupancy: Exceeding the villa's maximum occupancy is not permitted. An approved extra bed incurs an additional fee of 3,000 TL.
• Pets: Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 3,000 TL.
• Children: The villa is child-friendly and provides a highchair.
• Site Rules: The site features a children's playground and 24-hour security cameras. Our on-site office is also available.
