Note: The villa owner resides in a separate area below the main living space. The entrance is completely independent with no connection to the owner's quarters.

General Terms
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00 on the arrival day; check-out time is 10:00 on the departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning takes place between these hours. Please respect the check-in and check-out times.
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. If no damage, breakage, or loss occurs, the deposit is refunded after a villa/apartment inspection 10 minutes before departure.
- Minimum Stay & Additional Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration, if accepted, will incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, and a complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Extra cleaning can be arranged by our staff for a fee, and new linens, pillowcases, etc., are also available for a charge.
- Pool & Garden Care: All our villas are regularly treated against insects. However, due to the natural surroundings, butterflies, bugs, or flies may be present. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
- Privacy Notice: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy; a 5% visibility factor may always exist.
