• Children and Pets: The villa is suitable for children, but pets are not accepted.
• Deposit: A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required; a 5,000 TL additional fee applies for shorter stays.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, electricity, water, LPG usage, and pool/garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra beds, staff services, and transportation can be requested for an additional fee.
