Villa Features & Comfort

Every detail has been considered for your comfort in our luxuriously designed villa. The modern American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, and all necessary kitchenware. The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, television, wireless internet, and a dining table for 6. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, a wardrobe, and nightstands; the first bedroom also has its own private jacuzzi. Spend quality time on the pool terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas, a barbecue, a dining table, and a swing.

Included & Excluded Services

• Included: Initial cleaning, water, gas, electricity, pool and garden maintenance, Wi-Fi, TV-Satellite, air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, and baby high chair.
• Excluded: Additional cleaning, extra bed, staff for the house, and transportation services.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Security Deposit: 10,000 TL (refunded upon check-out).
• Short Stays: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. An additional fee of 5,000 TL applies for shorter stays.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. A fee of 10,000 TL per pet per night applies (maximum 2 pets).
• Children: Suitable for children; a baby high chair is available.
• Tourism License: 07-5861.

Location & Transportation

Kaş, on the shores of the Mediterranean's turquoise waters, is a center for diving tourism and the Lycian Way hiking trails. Our villa is close to the Kaş town center and beaches. The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport in Muğla (150 km), with Antalya Airport (200 km) as an alternative. The region is ideal for activities such as boat tours, diving, and nature walks.
