• 3 Bedrooms: Each room includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The master bedroom also features a jacuzzi and an en-suite bathroom.
• Private Swimming Pool: Cool off in the pool measuring 8 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 1.5 meters deep.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and all essential kitchen utensils are provided.
• Spacious Living Room: Offers a comfortable living area with a modern seating group, television, and air conditioning.

Amenities & Services

The villa covers all basic needs, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and vacuum cleaner. Child-friendly equipment such as a baby crib and high chair is also available. You can have a barbecue in the garden or enjoy relaxing moments in the private jacuzzi.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: 5,000 TL (required in case of damage).
• Short-Stay Fee: 5,000 TL (for reservations shorter than 5 nights).
• Children Policy: Children are welcome; baby crib and high chair are available.
• Pets: Not allowed.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, water, electricity, LPG usage, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, staff services, and transportation are subject to extra charges.
