Metehan Villa is a luxurious holiday villa located in the Akbel area of Kalkan, offering stunning sea views and a private setting. This conservative-style villa features 3 bedrooms, accommodates up to 6 guests, and includes two private jacuzzis. Its prime location is just a short distance from the town center, making it an ideal base for exploring Kalkan.

Every room in the villa is designed with a modern and elegant aesthetic, ensuring breathtaking sea views from each window. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, allowing you to simply relax and enjoy your holiday.

Living Room

The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, a television with satellite channels, a shared guest toilet, and Wi-Fi internet access. Large sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Kitchen

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials:

• Refrigerator
• Microwave oven
• Dishwasher
• 4-burner stove and oven
• Toaster and kettle
• Complete dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, and glasses

Bedrooms

The villa offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, private jacuzzi, vanity, nightstand, and en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, private jacuzzi, vanity, nightstand, and en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity, nightstand, and en-suite bathroom with toilet.

Pool & Garden

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a unique heart-shaped pool and a separate children's pool.

The well-maintained garden is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor dining table, a garden seating set, and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.

General Information

As our villas are nestled in nature, regular pest control is performed. However, due to the natural surroundings, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible. Pool and garden maintenance are carried out daily.

Please note that while some villas have more sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. A 5% margin of visibility should always be considered.
