Kitchen: The American-style kitchen is equipped with cutting-edge appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Turkish coffee machine, dining table, dinnerware, and all necessary cooking utensils.

Living Room: Located on the pool level, the spacious living room offers beautiful views and is furnished with a TV, DVD player, seating area, and a guest WC.

Terrace: The upper-floor viewing terrace is furnished with a seating group, table, and chairs, providing an ideal spot to relax and take in the scenery.

Location & Transportation

Due to the region's geography, Kalkan is built on steep hillsides, and access to villas may involve uphill roads and some unpaved (stabilized) paths. Public transportation is not available for villa locations outside the town center; guests can request paid transfers or car rental assistance from our sales consultants. The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport (Muğla), and our team provides location details and route guidance for guests arriving by private car. Please note that villas located in villages may involve encounters with natural wildlife (insects, bees, etc.).

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas in natural settings are regularly treated against pests. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, and similar wildlife is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
