Important Information

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following details:

• Pool & Garden Maintenance: Our technical team performs daily or every-other-day maintenance and cleaning of pools and gardens early in the morning to minimize disruption.
• Natural Surroundings: As our villas are nestled in nature, regular pest control is carried out. However, occasional encounters with insects may still occur.
• Privacy Notice: While we take every measure to ensure privacy for pool and sunbathing areas, a 5% visibility margin may exist in spaces like balconies, terraces, parking areas, or certain garden sections.
• Access: Due to the steep terrain, villas are accessible via paved and stabilized roads. We strongly recommend renting a car for comfortable and hassle-free transportation.
• Potential Construction Noise: During the off-season (November 1 – May 1), construction work may occur in the area, which could occasionally cause noise around the villa.
• Heated Pool: Heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 3–4 days in advance. Once activated, the pool temperature can reach a maximum of 28°C.
