Inside, you'll find a heated pool, which is activated during the winter months for year-round comfort. The villa's private pool terrace is fully enclosed, offering complete seclusion, making it a popular choice for families seeking privacy. Located just a 10-minute drive from Kalkan's center, you'll have easy access to local restaurants and amenities.

The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable seating group, television with satellite channels, air conditioning, a dining table, and a coffee table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, and all essential kitchenware.

• Bedroom 1: Features a double bed, private jacuzzi, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 3: Offers a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet.
• Bedroom 4: Contains two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, and nightstand.

Garden & Outdoor Area

The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a sun umbrella, 8 sun loungers, a seating area, a private swimming pool, a barbecue, and a swing for children. The private, secluded pool measures 9.90m in length, 4.40m in width, and has a depth of 1.70m. Pool and garden maintenance is performed once daily, in the morning or evening.

General Terms & Conditions

• Indoor Pool: The enclosed pool area measures 3.90m x 2.70m with a depth of 1.30m.
• Pool Heating: The pool heating is active between May 31st and October 1st. It is included free of charge for reservations of 5 nights or more. For bookings of 3-4 nights, pool heating can be activated for an additional fee of 3,750 TL.
