The villa features its own private pool, completely hidden from outside view, and a heated indoor pool so you can enjoy swimming all year round.

Living Room

The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, internet access, a satellite receiver, a seating group, and a dining table. A direct exit from the living room leads to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, washing machine, oven, 4-burner hob, dining set for four, microwave, cutlery (spoons, knives, forks), pots, glasses, and a pan set. There is also a direct exit from the kitchen to the garden.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Features one double bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables, an LCD TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite WC and bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables, air conditioning, and an en-suite WC and bathroom.

Note: An iron and ironing board are available in the bedroom area.

Pool Details

• Pool dimensions: 9.90 m in length, 4.40 m in width, and 1.70 m in depth.
• Pool maintenance and cleaning are performed daily.
• Pool heating is optional and can be activated for a daily fee of 1250 TL.
