Nautilus Villa

Nestled in Kalkan's Kızıltaş area, our villa offers a serene holiday experience with breathtaking sea views, a private pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. With 4 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 8 guests, the villa boasts unique views over Kalkan and its islands. Thanks to its sheltered pool, it is an ideal choice for honeymoon couples and conservative families, promising a dream vacation. With its eye-catching design and elegant decor, the villa is perfect for those seeking comfort, all while enjoying tranquil sea views with family and loved ones.

Note: The indoor pool heating and sauna usage fee is 7000 TL. The sauna is not active for guests who do not pay the heating fee. (The indoor pool heating temperature reaches 29°C). The sauna is available for 1 hour per day. This rule is applied both due to the Ministry of Health's instructions and for the comfort of our guests, as last year a guest ran the sauna all day to heat the villa.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, vanity, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and toilet. Features a balcony with sea views.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and toilet. Features a balcony with sea views.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and toilet. Features a balcony with sea views.
• Bedroom 4: Two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and toilet. Features a balcony with sea views.

Living Room

The living room offers stunning views and includes air conditioning, satellite receiver, TV, DVD player, seating area, iron and ironing board, and a sink. Direct access to the pool terrace is available from the living room.

Pool & Garden

The villa features a private sea-view swimming pool, sun loungers, swing, hammock, children's playground, garden dining table, and barbecue facilities.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 10:00. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as cleaning takes place between these hours. Please respect the villa's schedule.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required at check-in. If no damage, breakage, or loss occurs, it is refunded 10 minutes before departure after a villa inspection.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning: If a stay shorter than the minimum duration is approved, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is delivered clean, and complimentary cleaning is provided once a week. Extra cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged by our staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: All our villas, located in nature, are regularly sprayed for pests. However, butterflies, insects, and flies may still be present in the surroundings. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy; there is always a 5% risk of being seen.
