Nazlı Villa is a secluded holiday rental nestled in nature, located in the Sarıbelen area of Kalkan. This protected villa is one of our preferred options for those seeking peace and privacy. The villa features 3 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Living Area

The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a seating group, coffee table, TV, DVD player, satellite receiver, internet access, and an additional coffee table. A bathroom and WC are also located on this level for convenience.

Kitchen

The open-plan modern kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, 4-burner hob, dining table and chairs, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils and cookware.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Family): Double bed, air conditioning, nightstands, wardrobe, vanity table, private bathroom and toilet.

The private swimming pool measures 11 meters in length, 4 meters in width, with a depth of 1.50 meters. The garden of Nazlı Villa features sun loungers, umbrellas, a seating area, barbecue, and an outdoor dining table—perfect for al fresco meals while enjoying the serene landscape.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas situated in nature undergo regular pest control treatments. Nevertheless, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., may still occur in the surrounding environment. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.

Privacy Note: While our villas are considered secluded, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin of visibility should always be taken into account.
