Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor, this master bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a vanity table.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a wardrobe.
• Bedroom 4: Comes with a double bed, an additional single bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a wardrobe.

Living Area & Kitchen

The living room features a seating area, dining table and chairs, and an LCD TV with satellite channels. It offers easy access to the pool area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and electronic goods for a comfortable stay.

Pool & Garden

The private pool is exclusively for villa guests. The spacious, green garden surrounds the pool and is furnished with 8 sun loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a dining table with chairs for your relaxation.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is after 16:00 on your arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 on your departure day. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned during this time.
• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required upon check-in. It will be refunded after a villa inspection 10 minutes before your departure, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay & Extra Cleaning Fee: Requests for stays shorter than the minimum duration may be accommodated with an additional cleaning fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and a complimentary cleaning service is provided once a week. Extra cleaning and fresh linens, pillowcases, etc., can be arranged by our staff for an additional fee.
• Pool & Garden Care: Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas due to their natural surroundings. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, or flies is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily.
• Privacy Notice: We cannot guarantee 100% privacy for villas with sheltered pools; there is always a 5% visibility margin.
