• Included in Price: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the rental fee.

• Deposit: A deposit of 5,000 TL is required at check-in for any damages, losses, or breakages. It will be refunded at check-out if no issues arise.
• Minimum Stay: Minimum stay is 5 nights. For reservations shorter than 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL will be charged.
• Important Note: All our villas are located in nature and are regularly sprayed. However, you may encounter butterflies, flies, insects, and ants. Due to ongoing infrastructure work in the area, occasional road, electricity, and water cuts may occur.
