The open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor open directly onto the pool terrace. The living room features a seating group, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, and a fireplace. A WC and washbasin are also located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchenware and electronic appliances you may need during your holiday.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in requests may not be accommodated due to the cleaning schedule.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is taken at check-in and refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage or loss.
• Cleaning: The villa is delivered clean, and a weekly cleaning is provided free of charge. Additional cleaning and linen changes are subject to a fee.
• Pool and Garden Maintenance: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily. Due to the natural environment, insects and flies may be present.
• Privacy: A 100% guarantee of not being overlooked is not provided for villas with pools; a 5% margin is applicable.
