Our villas are located in a natural setting and are regularly treated for pests and insects. However, due to their location in nature, the possibility of encountering insects may be slightly higher compared to villas in the town center. This is common to all our nature villas.

Outside the summer season, new villa construction may occur in the area, which can occasionally cause noise. This is a general note applicable to all winter villas in the region, not just this property.
