Villa Layout and Rooms

The villa offers a comfortable living space with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a wardrobe. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom, TV.
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom, TV.
• Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom.

The living room is decorated with an elegant seating group, a plasma TV, air conditioning, and a dining table for 6 people. There is direct access to the pool from the living room. The modern American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave, hob, kettle, and a set of pots and pans.

Amenities and Services

The villa offers numerous amenities for a luxurious holiday:

• Pool: A private swimming pool measuring 9x4 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters. Pool and garden maintenance is performed once a day. There are 6 sun loungers and 1 swing by the poolside.
• Indoor Pool (Heated): The indoor pool, measuring 3x3 meters, can be used with heating between November 1st and April 30th. The heating fee is 2,000 TL per night.
• Jacuzzi and Sauna-Turkish Bath: A jacuzzi and sauna-Turkish bath are available for relaxation and a luxurious experience.
• Garden: The private garden features a dining table and a barbecue.
• Other Amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, high chair, vacuum cleaner, towels, and bed linens are included.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Deposit: A security deposit of 10,000 TL is required.
• Short Stays: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required; the nightly rate for short stays is 6,000 TL.
• Children: The villa is child-friendly.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, water, electricity, and gas usage are included in the price.
• Excluded Services: Additional cleaning, extra beds, staff services, and transportation are subject to an additional fee.
