Accommodation and Room Layout

This 4-bedroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature their own private bathroom and balcony. The open-plan living room and kitchen on the ground floor open directly onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchenware.

Amenities and Services

The villa boasts a private swimming pool (10.5 x 5.5 m, depth 1.6 m) and a well-maintained garden. The garden is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, a barbecue, and an open-air seating area. All essential amenities are provided, including Wi-Fi, TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner. A highchair is also available.

The stay includes electricity, water, and LPG gas usage, as well as initial cleaning and pool/garden maintenance. Towels and bed linens are provided free of charge. Extra beds, additional cleaning, staff services, and transportation are not included.
