Villa Features and Comfort
The villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering a spacious and modern living area. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, and the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, kitchen utensils) is perfect for longer stays. Additional home comforts include a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer. Outdoors, you can enjoy a barbecue and stay connected with the Wi-Fi connection.
Private Pool and Garden Enjoyment
- Private Pool: The pool, measuring 9 meters long, 6 meters wide, and 1.6 meters deep, offers a wonderful space to cool off and have fun.
- Children's Pool: A separate children's pool is also available for our youngest guests.
- Well-Kept Garden: The large garden is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Pool and garden maintenance are included in the service.
General Terms
- Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- Children and Pets: The villa is child-friendly, but pets are not accepted.
- Basic Services: Initial cleaning, water, electricity, and LPG gas usage are included in the price. Additional requests such as extra cleaning, extra beds, high chairs, and transfer services are subject to an additional fee.
- Deposit: A deposit of 10,000.00 TL is required at the start of the stay.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. For shorter stays, an additional fee of 7,000.00 TL applies.
