The villa features a total of 6 bedrooms spread from the ground floor to the terrace floor. Most rooms are suites, offering amenities such as air conditioning, a balcony, and sea views.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Air-conditioned family room with a double bed, nightstands, a dressing table, shared bathroom, and access to a balcony.
• Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Air-conditioned suite with two single beds, a wardrobe, nightstands, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Air-conditioned family suite with a double bed, jacuzzi, nightstands, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4 (1st Floor): Air-conditioned family suite with a double bed, nightstands, private bathroom, and balcony.

The private, sheltered swimming pool measures 10 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters. The garden features an umbrella, 8 sun loungers, a gazebo, and a barbecue; a sunbathing terrace is also available within the large, well-maintained grounds. A children's pool is provided for the comfort of families.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
• Electricity, water, gas usage, initial cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.
• Additional cleaning, extra beds, high chairs, staff services, and transportation are not included.
• An extra cleaning fee applies for rentals of 7 nights or less.
• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily; due to the natural environment, butterflies, insects, and flies may be present.
• A 100% non-visible guarantee is not provided for villas with sheltered pools; a 5% margin is always reserved.
