Paragon Villa

Our holiday villa is located in Kaş, İslamlar district. The villa features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Designed with modern architecture, it offers amenities to enhance your comfort, including en-suite bathrooms and a jacuzzi in the bedroom.

Living & Kitchen Area

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, 4-burner hob, tea maker, and kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc.). The living room features an elegant seating group, an LCD TV, a dining table with 4 chairs, and air conditioning. The living room opens onto the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Includes a double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, nightstand, wardrobe, balcony, and private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2 (Twin Room): Includes two single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, balcony, and private bathroom.

Garden & Pool

Swimming Pool: The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 9.50 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.60 m. There is also a separate children's pool.

Pool Terrace: Features a swing, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a garden seating area.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, located in nature, are regularly sprayed for insects. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy: We cannot guarantee 100% seclusion for villas with sheltered pools; there is always a 5% margin for visibility.
