• Security Deposit: A security deposit is paid on the day of check-in. It will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages.
• Payment: The security deposit can be paid in cash or via bank transfer.
• Maintenance Notice: All our villas located in natural settings undergo regular pest control. However, due to the environment, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., is possible.
• Pool & Garden: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.
• Privacy: For villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% visual privacy. A 5% margin of visibility should be considered.
