Set within a spacious garden, the villa offers privacy and comfort for up to 8 guests across 4 ensuite bedrooms. The large pool is surrounded by a retractable canopy system, allowing the entire pool area to be fully enclosed. This makes Prestige Makri Villa an excellent choice for those seeking a vacation with utmost privacy. Note: For larger groups, the adjacent Villa Prestige Amintas can also be rented; subject to availability, both villas can be used together to accommodate up to 16 guests.

Living Areas

Living Room: The ground floor features an open-plan living room and kitchen. It includes a seating area, LCD TV, air conditioning, a dining table for 6, and direct access to the pool terrace. A guest WC and washbasin are also located on this floor.

Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware and appliances for your stay, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and essential cooking tools.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed, nightstand, air conditioning, wardrobe, private bathroom, and balcony.

Outdoor Area & Pool

The outdoor space features a private, covered swimming pool (10.5m x 5.5m, depth 1.60m) and a large garden. You can enjoy sun loungers, parasols, a sunbathing area, a barbecue (BBQ), an outdoor dining set for 6, and private parking. The pool and garden are maintained daily by our staff.

General Terms

• Check-in & Check-out Times: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in requests cannot be accommodated as the villa is being cleaned between these times.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit of 5,000.00 TL is required at check-in. The deposit is refunded after an inspection 10 minutes before check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage, or loss.
• Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Requests for shorter stays, if accepted, will incur an additional cleaning fee.
• Privacy Note: While the pool is covered, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy; there is always a small (5%) possibility of being seen.
• Not Included: Housekeeping staff, extra beds, additional cleaning, transportation services, and high chair rental are not included in the accommodation price.
