• Bedrooms: Each room features a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom
• Heated Indoor Pool: Private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.5 m
• Comfort: 4 air conditioning units, TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron and ironing board
• Kitchen: Dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, and all kitchen essentials
• Outdoor Area: Large garden, sun loungers, barbecue area, and an open-air seating area
• Parking: Private parking space available within the villa grounds

Important Information

Pool heating is activated upon guest request. Please notify us of your need for a heated pool at least 4 days before your check-in date. The heating system requires this lead time to reach the desired temperature. Pool heating is an additional paid service, charged daily. The daily fee varies between 1,000 TL and 3,000 TL, depending on the villa's features.

General Terms

• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM
• Deposit: A security deposit of 5,000 TL is required
• Short Stays: An additional fee of 3,500 TL applies to stays shorter than 5 nights
• Children & Pets: Children and pets are welcome
• Events: Events are permitted at the villa
• Included Services: Initial cleaning, pool & garden maintenance, water, electricity, and LPG gas usage are included
• Excluded Services: Transportation, extra cleaning, extra beds, and staff services are subject to additional charges
