Rose Villa

Our holiday home is located in Kaş, Islamlar neighborhood. The villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Designed with modern architecture, the villa offers comfort-enhancing amenities such as en-suite bathrooms and a jacuzzi in the bedroom connected to the open-plan kitchen and living room.

Kitchen

The modern American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, oven, 4-burner hob, tea maker, and kitchen utensils (plates & glasses, pots & pans, etc.).

Living Room

The living room features an elegant seating group, an LCD TV, a dining table with 6 chairs, and air conditioning. The living room opens onto the pool terrace.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Master suite with a double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, vanity table, nightstand, wardrobe, balcony, and bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Suite with a double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, nightstand, wardrobe, balcony, and bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, balcony, and bathroom.

Garden & Pool

Pool: The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 9.50 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.60 m. The pool terrace includes a sheltered swimming pool and a children's pool. The terrace area is furnished with a swing, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a garden seating group.

General Information

Pool & Garden Maintenance: All our villas, located in nature, are regularly treated for pests. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area is possible. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily.

Privacy Status: For our villas with sheltered pools, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. There is always a 5% margin of exposure.
